The EBRD and IMF, earlier, possessed 15% stake in charter capital of Uzbek Leasing International each.
According to the resolution, shareholders of Uzbek Leasing International adopted decision on increasing charter capital up to US$9 million due to undistributed income for US$3 million.
The document said that share of National Bank of Uzbekistan for Foreign Economic Activity will make up US$3.15 million or 35%, Malaysia’s Maybank - US$3.15 million or 35%, and Uzbek-Oman Investment Company – US$2.7 million or 30%. Uzbek Leasing International was founded on 5 January 1995 in line with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan.
