The article 17 sets mandatory medical examination to all those, who are getting married. Meanwhile, regulation on medical examination of all those, who are getting married, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, says people, at the age of above 50, can be observed only by their consent.
The amendments eliminate this contradiction in the legislation and introduces clause saying “Medical examination of people, getting married at the age of above 50, carried out only by their consent.”
