Uzbek leader approves agreement with Singaporean government

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov approved an agreement between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of Singapore on mutual abolishment of visa requirements for owners of diplomatic passports.

Uzbek President signed a resolution “On approval of international agreement” on 1 November 2012. According to the resolution, the agreement was signed in Tashkent on 3 April 2012.

Uzbek leader entrusted Ministry of Foreign Affairs to notify Singapore on execution of internal procedures by Uzbekistan, which is required for entering into force of the agreement.
