Minister of External Affairs of India Salman Khurshid is currently paying an official visit to Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the sides considered actual issues of the Uzbek-Indian relations, perspective direction of interaction between foreign ministries in bilateral format and within international organizations, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.
The sides exchanged opinion on separate regional issues, the Uzbek ministry said.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Uzbekistan Anumula Gites Sarma participated at the negotiations.
