Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjaev visited Uzpromstroybank headquarters in Tashkent, where he got acquainted with the current state and plans for the development of this financial institution.
During the meeting, the Bank’s management presented information on the services provided, credit lines attracted, financed projects, foreign partners, measures implemented as part of the Bank’s transformation, the introduction of information technologies, as well as training and IT centers created at this financial institution.
In particular, it was noted that in 2022 the Bank is financing 1,680 projects in the fields of industry, agriculture and services in the amount of 15.6 trillion soums, of which 70% have already been implemented.
The training and IT center created at the Bank were presented in more detail. The main goal has been achieved here - a comfortable creative environment, safe and modern working conditions for employees have been created. The training center consists of a business trainers’ hall, a lecture hall, an extensive library, and an IT center includes rooms for programmers, managers, server rooms and meeting rooms.
The main goal of the training center is to increase the level of professional training of bank employees, introduce mechanisms for continuous improvement of personnel, and acquire the skills necessary to achieve strategic and operational goals.
Agile groups work in the center, managing banking projects using modern methods of SCRUM and KANBAN. They support the launch of new projects and services implemented in the banking system, and create software products themselves, based on the strategic objectives of the institution. To date, the center has launched such projects as "Single Window", "SQB Business", "Credit Conveyor" and "Joyda". This creates the basis for bringing the development of financial technologies (Fintex) in the Bank to a new level.
Following the meeting, the responsible managers of Uzpromstroybank were given relevant instructions and recommendations for further development and improvement of the quality of services.
