Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 11 July, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Usmanov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Uzbekistan, Takashi Hattori.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed key issues on the bilateral agenda, focusing on areas such as politics, trade and economic cooperation, and investment.

Particular attention was paid to exchanging views on practical steps aimed at further expanding cooperation in the mentioned fields.

The parties also reviewed the schedule of joint events planned for 2025 within the framework of the interstate dialogue.
