Uzbek customs officers seize 3 kg of heroin

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek customs officers detained 3 kg of heroin at Tashkent International Airport from citizen of Ahangaran district of Tashkent region.

The customs services of Uzbekistan said drug courier was flying to Moscow, Russia. During inspection of two suitcases of the passenger, customs officers seized heroin in polyethylene packages.

Drugs were hidden in the frames of suitcases, the customs service said.
