Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 May 2019, the first Uzbek-Chinese forum “Innovative approaches to the early development of children” was held in Tashkent. As part of the event, a conference was held and the first steps were outlined to organize the joint production of educational games and toys in Uzbekistan.
The Innovative Approaches to Early Childhood Development Forum has become an effective platform for the exchange of experience between specialists in the field of pre-school education and the establishment of business ties between Uzbek businessmen and business representatives of China. The participants discussed the possibility of organizing a joint Uzbek-Chinese enterprise for the production of educational games, toys and gaming equipment, got acquainted with the best practices of organizing the educational process of the PRC and discussed current issues in the field of pre-school education.
“Working groups of the Ministry of Preschool Education regularly visit the pre-school educational institutions of the capital and regions. We see what problems still exist and are working hard to resolve them. You see the results for yourself: nutrition improved in groups, benefits and prescriptions appeared, many rooms were repaired, the number of pre-school facilities increased. We also allocate substantial budgets for the formation of a subject-developing environment. During the visit to China, the delegation of the Ministry of Preschool Education visited the exhibition of games, toys and didactic materials for children of preschool age. Now we are considering the possibility of organizing a joint Uzbek-Chinese enterprise, which will provide our gardens with a wide range of high-quality and safe educational games and toys,” the Minister of Pre-School Education Agrippina Shin said.
The forum was attended by representatives of ministries and departments, the Soon Chingling Foundation, international organizations and the diplomatic corps, heads of state, private and PPP-based pre-school educational institutions, as well as Uzbek and Chinese entrepreneurs.
The conference "Innovative approaches to the early development of children" touched upon the development of pre-school education in China, monitoring the comprehensibility of mathematical knowledge and the formation of the ability to work in a team.
Following the talks, Memorandums of Understanding were signed between the Innovative Center for Information and Pedagogical Technologies under the Ministry of Pre-School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Chinese companies Shanghai Andersen Paradise Group Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Hexin Toys Group, Kaiqi Group Co., Ltd, Ningbo Rainbow Toys Co. , Ltd and Xiaomi HK Limited (STEAM development and software development direction).
