Korea Radio Promotion Agency (KORPA) organized the seminar at the assistance of the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity. The seminar, which was held in Seoul, provided theoretical and practical lessons on management of radio monitoring.

Representatives of Uzbekistan presented information about NTRC. Participants from 16 countries got acquainted with history and culture of Uzbekistan, achievements of the country, and reforms in mass media.

They also familiarized with the legislative base and conditions for creation of mass media in Uzbekistan, activity of NTRC, online broadcasting, etc.

NTRC has been cooperation with KORPA for several years in training of specialists in broadcasting area. Five Uzbek specialists participated at the educational courses in Seoul within 2008-2009.
