Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The continental shooting championship continues in the South Korean city of Daegu. Today’s competitions were successful for the national team of Uzbekistan.

Veniamin Nikitin defended the honor of our country in the 10m air pistol shooting competition among youth. The Uzbek athlete, who entered the top 8 in qualifying, continued to fight for medals. In the decisive stage, luck was on the side of Sandeep Bishnoi.

As a result, our compatriot was awarded a silver medal.
