UzBAT A.O. to pay dividends for 5,043 soums per share for 2012

In line with the decision of shareholders, the company will pay 5,043 soums of dividends per ordinary share or 2,192.6% to the par value of the stocks.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 24,647,557 units, the company said in a statement.

UzBAT A.O. allocated 124.297 billion soums for payment of dividends for 2012. Other part of net income for 7.477 million soums was not distributed.

The enterprise received net income for 124.298 billion soums in 2012 against 158.67 billion soums in 2011.
