Shareholders issued 8.313 million soums to increase reserve fund and 5 million soums to formation of insurance fund.

The company will direct 5 million soums to payment of dividends on preferential shares and 11.05 million soums on ordinary shares.

Uzagrosugurta will pay 5 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 250 soums per preferential share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2.21 million ordinary shares and 20,000 preferential shares, the company said.

Shareholders allocated 24.7 million soums to increase charter capital through raising par value of shares. Uzagrosugurta also directed 532.8 million soums of 2009 net income to increasing charter capital.

In the result, the company will raise charter capital from 2.23 billion soums to 2.787 billion soums. The par value of shares will grow from 1,000 soums to 1,250 soums.
