Uzagrosugurta directs part of net income to raise charter capital

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzagrosugurta state joint stock insurance company distributed net income for 2009 at the size of 680.696 million soums.

In line with stakeholders’ decision, 6% of net income or 41.846 million soums was directed to reserve fund and 101.05 million soums to insurance fund.

Shareholders allotted 5 million soums to pay dividends on preferential shares at the size of 250 million soums or 25% of par value.

The company directed 532.8 million soums to increase charter capital due to emission of additional shares.
