The sides discussed violations in licensed activity of Coscom, rendering service under UCell brand. In line with the information of the State Communication Inspection, Coscom and its vendors like Nokia Siemens Networks Tashkent, ZTE Investment, Iris Telekom Toshkent, Barteс Engineering and Osiyo turon telekom, do not adhere to necessary measures on designing and construction of mobile communication networks. They also ignore orders and requirements of controlling body.

The regulator said the mobile operator and its vendors did not eliminate previous shortages, but repeating similar violations in designing and construction of network.

The UzACI issued an order to Coscom, Nokia Siemens Networks Tashkent, ZTE Investment, Iris Telekom Toshkent, Barteс Engineering and Osiyo turon telekom to eliminate shortages in order to adhere to legislation of Uzbekistan.

The regulator set term for eliminating violations and warned the sides that it will undertake measures in line with local legislation if they fail to bring everything in order.
