UT-Bank to increase charter capital up to 36.146bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek-Turkish Bank (UT-Bank) will increase its charter capital up to 36.146 billion soums.

The bank’s shareholders adopted decision to direct income of the financial institution for previous years for 5.252 billion soums to increase the charter capital.

According to the bank, the par value of UT-Bank shares will grow from 1,000 soums to 1,170 soums.

In the result, the charter capital of UT-Bank will reach 36.146 billion soums.
