Within the announced measures, the bank started to restyle its image brand and promote it. In January 2011, the bank signed contract with Sarkor Solutions LLC to develop new corporate website of Universalbank.

Updated website is directed at improving quality of service to clients and provide maximum information about banks and its products, including new online services.

Now, all clients of the bank can submit application to receive banking payment card, calculate interest rate on credit and monthly sum of credit repayment, etc.

Hristina Shin, specialist of marketing of Unversalbank, said that the bank launched new services for clients, including interactive polling and complains’ form. She added that the website is available at www.universalbank.uz.

In near future, it is planned to launch Uzbek and English versions of the website. In future, the bank is planning to launch new interactive services.
