Universalbank registers shares for 16.64bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private joint stock commercial bank “Universalbank” registered a prospectus of emission of shares for 16.643 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and development of securities of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus emission of the shares of the bank.

Within the issue, the bank will place 3,328,680 shares with par value of 5,000 soums each. Total volume of the issue will make up over 16.643 billion soums.
