Universalbank launches Lider money transfer system
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Universalbank private open joint stock commercial bank started to work with Lider international money transfer system.

As reported earlier, Universalbank signed agreement with the Lider international money transfer system in early April 2011.

The Lider money transfer system becomes the fourth remittance system, which Universalbank offers to its clients.

International money transfer system Lider is one of the leading Russian money transfer systems. The organizer of the system is NCO JSC LEADER (Moscow, Russia), and it has been operating since 2003. The system possesses over 30,000 points in 38 countries. The system works with over 500 partners in Russia and outside the country.

The Lider system offers services on express money transfer worldwide and payment of services of various providers.

The system allows to carry out addressless money transfer at low commission fee from 0.5%. The remittance can be sent in US dollars and euros. The system also allows to follow remittance status in online regime.

Currently, Universalbank is cooperating with such money transfer systems as Western Union, Bystraya Pochta and Migom.

Universalbank private open joint stock commercial bank was founded on 25 May 2002 with charter capital of 0.05 billion soums on the base of Qoqand private open joint stock commercial bank. The headquarters of the bank is located in Qoqand city, Ferghana region of Uzbekistan. The main clients of the bank are small and private businesses, as well as retail clients. As of 1 January 2011, the assets of the bank reached 33.8 billion soums.
