Universal Sugurta to place shares for 5bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Joint stock company Universal Sugurta registered a prospectus of emission of the shares for total sum of 5 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of the securities market registered the prospectus of the emission of securities of the insurance company.
According to the prospectus of emission, the company will place 500 billion ordinary shares with nominal value of 0.01 soums each. Total sum of the issue will be 5 billion soums.
The shares of the issue will be placed on close subscription.
