TeliaSonera said the subscribers’ base of Ucell made up 8.518 million in end of the second quarter of 2015 compared to 8.41 million people in the same period of 2014 (+1.3%).

According to the company, MOU (average monthly minutes of usage per subscriber) made up 314 minutes per month in the second quarter of 2015 against 310 minutes in April-June of 2014.
