Currently, the operator has 20 own offices across Uzbekistan and they meet European standards. The operator tries to create all necessary conditions for subscribers so they can receive all information on tariffs and prices. The company opened its first office in Almalyk in 2001 and it serves over 7,000 subscribers a month.
Tõnu Grünberg said that providing affordable and quality services are one of priority tasks of Ucell. He said that it is important for Ucell how the clients receive service and information. He said that Ucell wants to provide quality services and share joy to subscribers. Grünberg said that the company optimized the network, which improved quality of services.
Ucell noted that it is planning to open new service offices across Uzbekistan.
