In March 2011, number of subscribers of UCell exceeded 8 million and Zafar Muhitdinov, dealer of UCell from Andijan region, received Chevrolet Captiva automobile.

Zafar Muhitdinov stated that he did not think that he will win a car and he expressed gratitude for acknowledgement of his work and support.

UCell awards a car to the dealer, who registers each millionth subscriber. Ibodullo Rakhmonov, dealer from Surkhandarya region, also received Chevrolet Captiva in February 2011 for registration of the 7 millionth user.

The operator said that the work of UCell dealers is important and it implements encouragement programme. Dealers are partners of UCell. They work with subscribers and offer the services of the company. Currently, 2000 dealers across Uzbekistan cooperate with UCell.
