At talks with Uzbekistan’s Minister for Foreign Economic Relations Elyor Ganiev, the UAE minister said the two countries need to explore new avenues of investment.

He said that operation of UAE banking and financial expertise in the Uzbek financial market could contribute to developing the Uzbek banking system.

The UAE minister said his visit to Uzbekistan aimed at opening new markets for UAE products at countries having growing economies .

For his part, the Uzbek minister said his country eager to develop trade, economic and investment cooperation with the UAE and benefit from the UAE economic and business strengths.

He said his was ready to open its market to UAE products and launching joint ventures in strategic sectors.
