The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the emission, the bank will issue 20 million shares with par value of 1,700 soums each. The bank said it will issue 16.909 million ordinary and 3.091 million preferential shares. Total sum of the issue is 34 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with lesser par value to new securities. The difference between par values for 6 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income for 2010-2011.
