The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market o registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 16 December 2011.

In line with the issue terms, Turon Bank will place 3 million shares, of which 2.5 million are ordinary and 500,000 – preferential hares. Total sum of the issue is 4.2 billion soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, the shares of the thirteenth issue will be placed on open subscription. At the same time, at least 25% of shares will be placed through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.

According to Turon Bank, its charter capital makes up 23.8 billion soums, which consists of 17 million shares. At the same time, number of ordinary shares is 14.409 million and preferential stocks – 2.951 million.
