The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the emission of shares.

In line with the emission, the bank will place 8.7 million units of ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total emission volume makes up 8.7 billion soums.

The bank will increase its charter capital to 15 billion soums. Currently, the charter capital of the company is 6.3 billion soums, which comprises of 6.277 million ordinary and 23,000 preferential shtocks.
