The Center for coordination and control over functioning over securities market registered a decision on the 18th emission of shares of the bank.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the bank will place 4 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums. Total sum of issue is 4 billion soums.

According to the bank, the shares of the issue will be placed on open subscription. At the same time, the shareholders of the bank will have advantageous right to purchase shares of the issue.

The prospectus of emission, the charter capital of Trustbank is 17 billion soums, which consists of 17 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. It consists of 16.977 million ordinary and 23,000 preferential shares.
