The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the bank on 18 October 2011.

Within the 17th emission, the bank will issue 2 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue makes up 2 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed among unlimited number of potential investors, the bank said in the statement.

According to the bank, the charter capital of Trustbank makes up 15 billion soums.
