As reported earlier, the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the bank on 18 October 2011.

Within the emission, the bank issued 2 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue made up 2 billion soums.

In the result, the charter capital of Trustbank reached 17 billion soums.

Trustbank, founded in Tashkent in 1994, is universal bank, which renders wide-range services to its clients.
