Trust Invest Plus to buy shares of Samarkand Bank

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Trust Invest Plus LLC announced about his intention to buy shares of Open joint stock commercial bank Samarkand.

In line with the announcement of the company, Trust Invest Plus will buy 35,440 shares of the bank with par value of 50,000 soums each.

Trust Invest Plus currently owns 45,200 shares of Samarkand Bank. After the completion of the deal, the company will own 16.8% stake of Samarkand Bank.
