Trainers from Uzbekistan undergo advanced training courses in Moscow

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - From 17 to 20 October 2019, with the support of the Triathlon Federation of Uzbekistan, trainers Viktor Zarodov, Shokhrukh Yunusov, Nikolay Ilyin and Javokhir Yunusov took an intensive training course of the Triathlon Academy CyclON - a full-fledged advanced training course in triathlon for trainers in the capital of the Russian Federation.

During 32 hours of intensive work, participants attended lectures and tested theoretical knowledge in practice.

The Uzbekistan Triathlon Federation aims to develop professional and amateur triathlons in the country and, first of all, pays special attention to the development of the coaching staff. As in every sport, the training of trainers is an important area in the triathlon to competently put the training processes at a high level and prepare professional triathletes and amateurs for international starts.

The course program covered the following areas:

Annual training plans and methods for periodizing training work;

Planning and adjustment of training plans and tasks;

Identification and correction of the main limiting errors in swimming and running;

Video analysis of swimming, cycling and running.

As a result of the program, the trainers received a certificate of advanced training of the Federal Scientific Center for Physical Culture and Sports (VNIIFC).
