Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 9 January, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Tourism Committee Umid Chodiev and the director of the European company Voyage Prive Charles Guilhamon.

Voyage Prive Group is a leading European luxury travel brand founded in 2006. This company operates in France, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, Belgium, Switzerland, Holland, Germany and other countries. Voyage Prive Group has 52 million members, including 1.2 million regular tourists.

During the meeting, issues of organizing a marketing and PR campaign were discussed in order to increase awareness of Uzbekistan in European countries. It is also planned to attract leading bloggers and media to promote tourism in Uzbekistan on social networks.

In addition, negotiations were held on the development of transport capabilities, attracting European air carriers to fly to tourist cities of Uzbekistan, as well as conducting advertising campaigns together with European airlines.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to expand mutual cooperation, using the capabilities of the Voyage Prive company, in particular, organizing PR campaigns in order to attract more attention from European tourists and direct tourist flow to Uzbekistan.
