Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a law introducing amendments to the Administrative Liability Code.

According to the law, changes have been made to strengthen penalties for the illegal production, manufacturing, storage, transportation, shipment, and export of pyrotechnic products from Uzbekistan. It also addresses the illegal sale or import of pyrotechnic products into the country, depending on the nature and degree of public danger posed by these offenses.

The law comes into effect upon its official publication.
