Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) has donated modern rehabilitation equipment to the ‘Murovvat’ home for children with disabilities in Fergana. The donation was announced by the National Agency for Social Protection of Uzbekistan.
The transfer of equipment was part of an agreement signed on 8 February 2024, between the National Agency for Social Protection and TIKA.
A total of 67 types of modern rehabilitation devices, worth US$110,000, were delivered to the institution.
These devices will significantly improve the conditions for the treatment and education of the children.
Since the beginning of 2024, 11 children at ‘Murovva’ have learned to move independently, care for themselves, and return to their families.
