On 6 August, the squad gathered in Tashkent and will stay in the city till the flight to Tirana.

The UFF said said the number of players decreased from 19 to 16. Sahob Juraev, Azizbek Haidarov and Vagiz Galiulin will not be able to help Uzbekistan.
