Pravda Vostoka reported that 70-room hotel has been launched in Khodjikent village and 90-room hotel in Yusufhona village in Tashkent region. Reconstruction of Aktash resort was completed, which allows to receive more people and provide large number of medical services.

The programme for development of tourism sector in Tashkent region for 2013-2015 envisages reconstruction of 28 hotels and construction of 30 new hotels, camping sites and motels. The private businesses are participating in construction and reconstruction of the hotels.

The programe envisages development of tourism in Ahangaran district, Yangibad city, Lashkarar, Ertash and other villages.

Parket district has everything to develop agriculture tourism. It is famous for its fruits and grapes. There are also opportunities to develop tourism in Ugam-Chatkal State National Natural Park. The administration of the park developed several routes to boost tourism.
