It is planned that four theater groups from German cultural centers from Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Ferghana will present plays in German language. The groups will also participate in master classes of the German theatre specialist Joachim Burkert.

The festival will open with the play “Cinderella” of the theatric group from Bukhara. Samarkand-based German Cultural Center will present the play “Happiness is …”.

Ferghana group will present the play “Square world”, while the group from Tashkent will display the play “Small stories of big city”.

The event is directed at students of schools, lyceums, institutes and universities of Tashkent, who are studying German language. The festival will kick off on Saturday at 16:30 and Sunday at 15:30. The entry is free.
