Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of official reserves of Uzbekistan as of 1 September 2021 exceeded US$35.43 billion, according to data from the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
According to the regulator, this indicator increased by US$320.2 million compared to last month.
The regulator notes that reserves in foreign currency as of 1 September made up US$12.43 billion against US$13.19 billion as of 1 August. Foreign currency reserves decreased by US$762.1 million.
The volume of gold rose from US$21.54 billion to US$21.87 billion in the reporting period. The volume of gold in net troy ounces increased from 11.8 million to 12.1 million troy ounces.
