Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of net gold and foreign exchange reserves of Uzbekistan as of 1 September 2020 exceeded US$34.6 billion, according to the data of the Central Bank.
Compared to last month, this figure decreased by US$153.9 million.
Net gold and foreign exchange reserves decreased by US$105.4 million and amounted to US$33.8 billion.
The regulator notes that reserves in foreign currency as of 1 September reached US$15.44 billion against US$13.65 billion as of 1 August.
The volume of gold decreased from US$20.7 billion to US$18.8 billion. The volume of gold in net troy ounces decreased from 10.6 million to 9.6 million troy ounces.
