Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan is witnessing a steady growth in the proportion of its population using the internet.

According to the results of a household survey conducted by the National Statistical Service, the internet usage rate reached 93.3% in 2024.

This means that nearly the entire adult population of the country has access to the internet. Compared to previous years, the growth dynamics of internet usage in the country are impressive.

In 2021, the proportion of internet users was 76.6%, and by 2022, this figure had risen to 83.9%.

In 2023, internet usage increased to 89%, and in 2024, according to the survey, over 93% of Uzbekistan's population has access to online resources.
