Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to further improve relations in the field of outdoor advertising and dissemination of social information" was adopted, Norma reports.
From 1 December 2023:
an electronic digital monitoring system "Tashki Reklama" is being created, which will form a passport for an advertising space;
instead of the fee based on the results of the auction and the fee for advertising placement, a single monthly fee is introduced, the amount of which is determined through an open electronic auction;
the passport of the advertising space and the contract for its placement on state-owned objects will be sent to the winner of the auction automatically through the E-auksion platform in the form of a public offer;
the passport of the advertising space will be issued through the my.gov.uz.
The validity period of passports for advertising placements without indicating the validity period is set until 1 December 2024 (for buildings and structures) and until 1 December 2030 (for land plots).
A commission for monitoring social advertising is also being created. Its chairman is the prime minister, the working body is the Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Presidential Administration.
