Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Justice on the eve of 21 February - World Day of the Guide and the I International Forum on Die-Tourism, which will be held in Bukhara, registered the Union of Guides of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The main goal of this organization is to create the necessary socio-economic conditions for the effective activity of guides in the country’s tourism sector, raising the status of the guide profession, as well as promoting the development of the activities of the members of the Union, expanding the scope and types of services, cooperation and assistance in improving the quality of guide services supporting the professional status of guides, helping to create conditions for increasing the number of professional guides as an important element of a modern market economy.
