As part of joining the e-GDDS it is planned to place 15 categories of data on official websites of relevant ministries on a regular basis, the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan said.
This measure will ensure maximum transparency and openness of statistical information for a wide range of foreign users, which will allow foreign investors to really assess the financial situation of the country and its stability and will lead to an increase in investment.
The purpose of the mission is to assist in implementation of the IMF e-GDDS in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular the Ministry of Finance should post data of three categories, such as the execution of the Central Government, the Consolidated Budget and information on external debt.
