Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The IV Youth Theater Forum of the CIS countries, the Baltic States and Georgia will be held in the theaters of Tashkent from 30 November to 7 December.
The forum was first organized in 2012 in Chisinau, then in 2015 it was in Minsk and for the third time in 2018 in Yerevan. The main goal is to develop international relations, demonstrate the creativity of young directors, actors, artists, exchange views with professionals. The forum was attended by people from Armenia, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan.
The program included the performances "Kulager", "Mankurt", "Rat Hunt", "Death of a Usurer", "Golden Gate", "Dad, did you love me?" and others. They will be presented by the Kazakh State Academic Theater for Children and Youth named after Gabit Musrepov, the Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater, the National Theater "Satyricus" named after Ion Luka Karajale, the Tajik Music and Drama Theater named after Tufa Fozilova, the Kiev Academic Theater.
In addition, the performances "Letters-airplanes" of the Kyrgyz State Theater for Young Spectators named after B. Kydykeeva, "Gardenia" of the Yerevan State Russian Drama Theater named after K. Stanislavsky, "And I’m not ashamed!" The Republican Theater of Belarusian Drama, "The Tomb of Baby Tutankhamun" of the Pskov Academic Drama Theater named after A. Pushkin, as well as "Mother Earth" of Syrdarya Regional Music and Drama Theater will be presented. Each performance will be judged by a jury from different countries.
Within the framework of the forum, an educational program will also be presented, which will provide an opportunity for young artists to share their opinions and learn the opinions of professionals. Master classes, trainings and seminars for students of theatrical direction of the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan will be held.
The forum will end with a performance prepared by all participants in a week.
