Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Another state asset with unique tourism potential has been sold in Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region.

At the auction, the price of the Saylyk recreation area in Bostanlyk district was approved at 14.499 billion soums, the initial price of which was 14.214 billion soums.

The winner within 24 months in this territory must build a tourist complex for the provision of services, including at least a three-star hotel with a capacity of 100 rooms. Coordination of the ongoing project with the directorate of the free tourist zone "Charvak" is required.

It is worth noting that two out of 3 objects put up for an online auction in May, which entrepreneurs and media representatives were familiarized with as part of an information tour organized with the assistance of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports and the Charvak Free Tourist Zone, have been implemented.
