Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 26 February, two Mercedes Benz passenger buses catched the fire in Tashkent and Tashkent region. This was reported by the Toshshahartranskhizmat company.
At approximately 8:20, bus No. 174, traveling to the Yukorichirchik district of Tashkent region, experienced a malfunction in the brake system, which led to self-start and subsequent fire.
The fire was successfully extinguished by firefighters who arrived at the scene. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
It is reported that this bus was released in 2013 and traveled 862,400 km.
Due to a short circuit, smoke and subsequent fire occurred on bus route No. 33 to Tashkent.
There were no passengers on the bus at the time of the fire.
The causes of the incidents are being studied.
