Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 2 to 5 August, a delegation from Uzbekistan led by the leadership of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and comprising more than 40 entrepreneurs is paying a working visit to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

The delegation includes representatives of the construction, food, electrical engineering, textile, furniture, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as producers of personal care products, cosmetics, and other sectors.

The program of the visit features B2B meetings with Afghan entrepreneurs in Kabul and Mazar-i-Sharif, along with visits to local markets and a trading house.

The main goal of the trip is to establish new partnerships, expand the volume of mutual trade, and reach agreements on the implementation of joint projects.
