Some 130 companies from almost 20 states are participating in the exhibition, which aims to demonstrate the latest local and foreign products, as well as expand cooperation between the Uzbek and foreign producers.

The exhibition covers all modern sectors of textile industry, including textile technologies and equipment, paints and chemicals, software and services.

Uzbekistan is currently implementing the Program of modernization and technical re-equipment of textile industry enterprises for 2006-2008.
