Znamya Drujbi newspaper reported that the Uzbek-Singaporean joint venture will realize the project at the Navoi free industrial and economic zone.

As reported earlier, Telecom Innovations started production of digital TV-tuners at Navoi FIEZ in 2010. The project was implemented by Singapore’s Servetechno PTE LTD, Uzbektelecom and Telmax Elektroniks (both Uzbekistan).

In August 2011, the enterprise launched production of DSLAM equipment and ADSL modems for Uzbektelecom.

The project was realized at participation of Uzbektelecon JSC, ZTE and Telecom Innovations JV LLC.

In June 2011, ZTE Singapure International PTE. LTD. became one of founders of Telecom Innovations JV LLC to participate at the project. The company invested US$653,294 into company to acquire 13.2% stake in the joint venture.
