The use of its proprietary bilingual language model in Telegram increased sales conversion by 30%. The company plans to scale AI applications in customer service and digital products.

In March, TBC Digital, a management company, was established to consolidate all business directions of the group in Uzbekistan. In the same month, the IMD Business School (Switzerland) published a case study on TBC’s transformation from a Georgian bank to a regional leader in digital banking, including it in its educational program.
